Robert Zell is the Chief Financial Officer at Maple Park Capital.

He previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Alta Fox Capital Management, where he was responsible for operations, compliance, marketing, and IT.

Previously, Robert served as CFO and COO at Dalpha Capital Management where he built the operational and compliance infrastructure for the investment firm. Earlier in his career, he led operational due diligence efforts at Memorial Hermann Health System and for Crestline Investor’s first Opportunities Fund.

Robert also served as a Vice President at Rock Island Capital, covering fund operations, portfolio monitoring, where he also served as the firm’s first Chief Compliance Officer. He began his career in accounting roles at two Warburg Pincus-backed portfolio companies.

Robert holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Baylor University, an M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, and is a licensed CPA. He lives outside Dallas, TX with his wife and two children.
