Josif Ilisoi is a Principal at Maple Park. Prior to Maple Park, Josif was a Vice President at Agman, where he played a leading role in the firm's private investments. In addition to his investment work, Josif also served in senior finance and business development portfolio company roles with broad responsibilities across acquisitions and capital planning.

Josif began his career with Goldman Sachs in their investment management division, supporting institutional and high net worth clients in constructing and implementing investment strategies. Following Goldman, Josif taught in rural Tanzania through an NGO.
