Alexander (Alex) Blankfein is a Co-Founder of Maple Park Capital, where he co-chairs the firm’s Investment Committee and serves on the Boards of Rita’s Italian Ice & Frozen Custard and Prep Network.

Before founding Maple Park, Alex co-led the consumer services team at RedBird Capital Partners, where he was responsible for sourcing, diligencing, and overseeing portfolio investments.

Earlier in his career, Alex was with The Carlyle Group, where he focused on growth, roll-up, and middle-market buyout opportunities across the healthcare, business and consumer services, and industrials sectors. Alex also served as a consultant at Bain & Company, advising Fortune 500 and private equity clients within Bain’s Private Equity Group (PEG). He began his career as an analyst at Goldman Sachs.

Alex holds a B.A. in History from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He lives in New York, NY with his wife and four children.
