Alexander (Alex) Blankfein is a Co-Founder of Maple Park Capital. Alex co-chairs the Firm’s Investment Committee and serves on the Board of Rita’s Italian Ice and Frozen Custard.

Prior to Maple Park Capital, Alex co-led the consumer services team at RedBird Capital Partners, where he was responsible for sourcing and diligencing new investment opportunities and overseeing portfolio companies.

Prior to joining RedBird, Alex was at The Carlyle Group, where he focused on growth, roll-up, and middle-market buyout opportunities across the healthcare, business and consumer services, and industrials sectors. Before Carlyle, Alex served as a consultant at Bain & Company, where he advised both Fortune 500 and private equity clients within Bain’s Private Equity Group (PEG) engaging in market, financial, and operational diligence. Alex began his career as an analyst at Goldman Sachs.

Alex holds both a B.A. in History from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Alex lives in New York, NY with his wife and three kids.
